Nice post. Keep it up. Up until recently, 60 Hz was thought to be the industry standard for display refresh rate, and for some users, that may still be adequate. However, refresh rates of about 60 Hz are linked to a flicker effect, which makes staring at the screen for extended periods of time uncomfortable and may contribute to problems like eye strain.
